Engineering plastics, resins and nylons. If you are not sure which one your part wants, describe what it has to do and we will recommend it.

FDMFused deposition modelling

Melted thermoplastic laid down in layers. The most economical process, and the one to choose for large, tough parts where a visible layer texture is acceptable.

SLAStereolithography

A laser cures liquid photopolymer point by point. Choose it when surface finish and fine detail matter more than toughness — the layer lines are effectively invisible.

SLSSelective laser sintering

Nylon powder fused by laser, with the unsintered powder supporting the part. No support structures means true design freedom — interlocking and enclosed geometry prints in one piece.

MJFMulti Jet Fusion

Powder fused across a whole layer at once rather than traced by a laser. Faster than SLS on full builds, with denser parts and more consistent mechanical properties.

PolyJetPhotopolymer jetting

Resin droplets jetted and cured in place, with several materials in the same part. The only process here that gives us full colour and rigid-to-flexible zones in a single print.

How a job runs

From your file to a finished part, with a fixed price agreed before anything prints.

  1. Send us the part

    Upload a STEP, STL or 3MF file, or a photograph and a dimensioned sketch if you do not have a model yet. Tell us what the part has to survive.

  2. We check and quote it

    An engineer reviews the geometry for anything that will not print, recommends a process and material, and sends a fixed price. Usually within one working day.

  3. You approve, we print

    Once you confirm the quote we schedule the build. You get a confirmed ship date at that point, not an estimate that moves.

  4. Finished, checked, shipped

    Supports removed, surfaces finished to the agreed spec, critical dimensions measured against your drawing, then packed and couriered with the inspection record.
