We will tell you not to print it
Additive is not always the right answer. If your part is cheaper machined, or the quantity has crossed the point where a mould pays for itself, we will say so. We would rather lose one job than sell you a bad one.
An additive manufacturing workshop, not a print farm.
We started in 2019 with two machines and a conviction that most 3D printing services were selling volume when their customers needed judgement.
Itavers prints parts for people who have to put them into something real — a machine that runs three shifts, a device going into clinical trials, a cabin interior that has to pass a flammability test. That changes what the job is. Anyone can slice a file and press start. The value is in knowing which process the part wants, which direction to build it so the layers run across the load rather than along it, and where the geometry will fail before it costs you a week.
So every quote goes past an engineer before it reaches you. They look for the wall that is too thin to survive handling, the overhang that will sag without support, the hole that always prints undersize and needs reaming. If the fix is a small change to your model, we will show you the change. If the honest answer is that your part should be machined or moulded instead, we will tell you that too.
The workshop is in Casarano, in Puglia, and everything ships from there. We keep five processes under one roof specifically so that the part decides the method — not the other way round, which is what happens when a supplier only owns one kind of machine.

The quote is the price
The number we send you is the number you pay. No surcharges appearing after the build for supports, finishing or setup, because those were priced in from the start.
Everything is printed here
Nothing is brokered out to a network of unknown workshops. The machines are in our building in Casarano, which is why we can commit to dates and hold the tolerances we publish.
Your files stay yours
We do not reuse your geometry, share it, or train anything on it. Files are kept while the job is live and for the warranty period, then deleted on request.
