How we print
FDM printing. If you are not sure which material suits your part, describe what it has to do and we will recommend one.
FDMFused deposition modelling
Melted thermoplastic laid down layer by layer. It is the process we use: tough, economical at the quantities we work in, and with a material range that covers just about anything a functional part needs.

How a job runs
From the first enquiry to the finished part, with the quote agreed before anything prints.
Tell us about the part
A CAD file if you have one, otherwise a photo, a sketch or a description. Most of all, tell us what it has to do and where it will live.
We talk it through
We tell you whether it can be printed, in what material, and whether we think 3D printing is genuinely the right call for that part.
Quote
We send you a quote. If the model needs fixing, or building from scratch, that is in the quote and we say so up front.
Print and deliver
Once you approve, we schedule the work. Supports removed and the part checked before it leaves.
